Noted the retirement of Dr. Y. Venkateswarlu Director of the Company who expressed is unwillingness to continue in the board because of advanced age and placed on record its sincere appreciation for the valuable guidance and contributions rendered by him during his tenure.2. Noted the retirement of Dr. G. S. R. Anjaneyulu Independent Director of the Company on completion of his two terms as Independent Director and placed on record its deep appreciation for the invaluable guidance and contributions made by him during his tenure.The meeting commenced at 10:30 A.M. and concluded at 11: 30 A.M.
