Bilcare Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 05, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2015.
Further, the trading window for dealing in the Companys Shares by the directors and designated employees of the Company will remain closed from January 27, 2016 till one day after the results are published in the newspapers, in terms of the Companys Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders, read with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.
