Saurashtra Cement: Disclosure Under Regulation 30 Read With Para B Of Part A Of Schedule III Of SEBI (Listing Obligations And Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015

We would like to inform you that today the Company has received the original copy of the Demand Order from the Office of the Commissioner of Central Excise & Central Goods & Service Tax Bhavnagar in respect of the period from Financial Year 2018-19 to 2023-24. The requisite information in this regard as per Para B of Part A of Schedule III under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulation 2015 read with SEBI Circular is given as Annexure A.
