Pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended from time to time and the Gati Limited-Code for Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating Monitor and Reporting of trading by insiders the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from the start of trading hours of October 01 2021 and the trading window will open after 48 hours of announcement of the financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2021.
The date of board meeting to consider and approve financial results for the quarter and half year ended September 30 2021 shall be intimated separately in due course.
