the following policies:
1. Code of Conduct to Regulate Monitor and Report Trading by "Designated
Persons" {Annexure -1}.
2. Code of Practices & Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information {Annexure-2}.
The amended code was effective from April 01 2019 and same has been hosted on the website of the company viz. www.fdcindia.com
