Hittco Tools Ltd has informed BSE that the Company have appointed Mr. R. B. Kulkarni as Internal Auditor of the Company for the year 2015-16 as may be decided by the Board after mutual discussions and as per the terms and conditions mutually agreed by and between the Company & Mr. R. B. Kulkarni.
