Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby inform you that OnMobile Global Limited (Company) has acquired 25% equity stake in Technologies rob0 Inc. through its subsidiary Onmobile Global Solutions Canada Ltd.
The disclosure for the acquisition is enclosed as Annexure A.
In this regard the Company would issue a press release copy of which is enclosed as Annexure B.
