Reliance Naval and Engineering: Clarification On Significant Increase In The Volume

Significant increase in volume has been observed in Swan Defence and Heavy Industries Limited. The Exchange in order to ensure that investors have latest relevant information about the Company and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded had written to the Company. We wish to clarify that the Company has made all required disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 and has not withheld any material information / event etc. that in our opinion would have a bearing on the price / volume behaviour in the scrip.
