Divine Multimedia (India) Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 27, 2016, inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2016.
Further, as per the Companys code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window of the Company shall remain closed from May 18, 2016 till 48 hours after the public announcement of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended on March 31, 2016.
