Sri Krishna Constructions (India): Closure of Trading Window

We hereby inform you that as per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulations 2015 and amended from time to time the Trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday 10th January 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2021.During the aforesaid closed Trading Window period the Employees Directors Key Managerial Personnel Promoters Designated Persons and their immediate relatives or any other insider shall not trade in Companys Shares/Securities.The date of the Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the 3rd Quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2021 will be intimated in due course.Please take this on record and kindly treat this as compliance under the Provision of SEBI (PIT) Regulations.Kindly Acknowledge.
