1. that subject to approval of shareholders in forth coming Annual General Meeting of the company and Bombay Stock Exchange, Re-classification of 115 existing promoters as public category. Hence the proposed List of existing promoters to be reclassified as public.
2. the change of existing registered of the company from D.NO 25-2-1, OPP. Mastan Durga, Gt.Road, Guntur-522004 to D.no - 25-18-54, Opp. Crane betel nut powder works office, main road, sampathnagar, Guntur - 522004.
