Maestros Electronics & Telecommunications Systems: Closure of Trading Window

Please be informed that pursuant to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015; the Closure of Trading Window shall be made applicable to all the designated person of the Company from the end of every quarter till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results. Accordingly it is hereby intimated that the trading window of the Company for dealing in the shares of the Company by the designated person will remain close from closure of trading hours of BSE on December 31 2025 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results along with Limited Review Report of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025. The date of the Board Meeting at which the said financial results will be considered and approved shall be intimated in due course.
