Cimmco: Closure of Trading Window

We refer to circular/clarification no. NSE/CML/2019/11 dated April 02 2019 from NSE and no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02 2019 from BSE and hereby inform you that pursuant to the Companys Code of Conduct to regulate monitor and report trading by Insiders adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company already closed for Designated Persons w.e.f. 1st April 2020 as earlier informed to you by the Companys letter dated 31st March 2020 shall now remain closed till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 30th June 2020.
