Dear Sir Pursuant to SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 as amended and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities shall remain closed for all the designated persons and their immediate relatives from Wednesday 01.10.2025 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Yearly ended on September 30 2025.
