Pursuant to Regulation 30 47 and other applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we wish to inform you that a newspaper advertisement is being published regarding the rectification of inadvertent printing errors in the Cash flow Statement of the Consolidated Financial Statements on Page No. 134 of the Annual Report for the financial year 2024-25. The Annual Report was earlier submitted to the Exchange on Monday August 25 2025 and was also dispatched to all shareholders along with the Notice of the Annual General Meeting.
