In accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations we wish to inform that Mr.Rakesh Darji (ICSI Membership No.: A13085) has tendered his resignation as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company. The Board has accepted his resignation and he would cease to be the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer w.e.f. close of business hours of September 10 2019.
Further Mr. Chetan Sharma Sr. Manager (Legal & Secretarial) is designated as an Interim Compliance Officer in terms of Regulation 6 of SEBI Listing Regulations to be effective from September 11 2019.
