Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) read with sub-clause (7A) of Clause A in Part A of Schedule III of Listing Regulations we wish to inform you that M/s Venkatesh & Co Chartered Accountants vide its letter dated July 16 2021 have resigned as Statutory Auditors of the Company effective immediately for the reasons stated in their communication.(Intimation of resignation received by Company on July 22nd 2021).
A copy of the said resignation letter received from the Auditors are attached herein.
