We would like to inform you that the Company had made an application for the subject above on January 08 2021 for reclassification of Mr. Deepak Sethi from Promoter Category to Public Category in respect of which both the Stock Exchanges (BSE and NSE) have approved the aforesaid application on 19th September 2022
