Road Fort Mumbai - 400 001 Maharashtra for the purpose of considering and if thought fit approving with or without modification(s) the arrangement embodied in the Scheme of Arrangement between Hind Lamps Limited ("Demerged Company"/ "Non-Applicant Company") and Bajaj Electricals Limited ("Resulting Company" / "Applicant Company" / "Company") and their respective shareholders and creditors ("Scheme").
