Mirc Electronics Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on November 13, 2013, inter alia, to consider and take on record the financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2013 and also to consider matters related to raising of funds through issue of equity shares through rights issue to the shareholders of the Company and increase in authorized share capital of the Company including matters related/ incidental thereto.
