Sanghi Corporate Services: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Resignation of Director

The Chairman informed the Board that Shri Mahendrakumar Saboo vide his resignation letter dated 30th December 2019 has resigned from the Directorship of the Company. Thereafter he placed his resignation letter before the Board for its consideration and approval. After a brief discussion following resolution was passed accordingly:

RESOLVED THAT the resignation of Shri Mahendrakumar Saboo from the Directorship of the Company be and is hereby accepted.

RESOLVED THAT Mr. Ashok Kumar Sanghi Director be and is hereby authorized to file e-form DIR-12 with the Registrar of Companies Mumbai and to do all the needful to give effect to this resolution.
