This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. on Saturday 06 June 2020 inter-alia considered and approved the following:-
1. Recommendation of dividend @ 40% i.e. Rs. 0.40/- per equity share of Face Value of Re. 1/- each for the financial year ended 31 March 2020 which shall be paid within 30 days from the conclusion of the ensuing Annual General Meeting subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
