Medi Caps Ltd has informed BSE that Dr. Shashi Kant Sharma, Independent director of the Company, has resigned from the Board, which has been accepted on April 12, 2016, and his office from all the committees of the Board has also been ceased due to his resignation.
Further he has also resigned from M/s Medgel Private Limited, as an Independent Director w.e.f. April 12, 2016 which is the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company as well as his office from all the committees of the Board has also been ceased due to his resignation.
