DSM Fresh Foods: Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 read with amendments thereto we would like to inform you that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Insiders Designated persons and their immediate relatives with effect from April 1 2026 till the end of 48 hours after declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31 2026.Accordingly all the Designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
