Plethico Pharmaceuticals: Board Intimation for Results & Closure of Trading Window

Plethico Pharmaceuticals Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on March 14, 2016, inter alia, to consider and take on record the following matters:

Preceded by a meeting of the Audit Committee, to consider, approve and take on record the audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.

Further, the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company shall remain closed from March 08, 2016 to March 16, 2016 (both days inclusive) inter alia to consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2015.

Accordingly, all the insiders and Designated Persons (including directors and employees) and others who have come in to the receipt of any insider information are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
