Avro India: Announcement under Regulation 30 (LODR)-Newspaper Publication

As per Reg. 47(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 (Listing Regulations) the Company has published the intimation prior to dispatch of notice of ensuing Extraordinary General meeting (EGM) in all editions of Financial Express (English) and in Jansatta (Hindi).As per Reg. 30 read with Para A of Part A of Listing Regulations we herewith submit copies of newspaper advertisments published in the mentioned newspapers stating that EGM of Company is scheduled to be held on March 30 2026 at 01:00 p.m. through Video Conference.
