With reference to the subject matter and pursuant to Regulation 30(7) of Securities Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Company hereby propose to appoint M/s. D K P Associates (Firm Registration No. 126305W) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company in their Board meeting held on Wednesday, 26th July, 2017 to hold office from the conclusion of the 32nd Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Tuesday, 29th August, 2017 till the conclusion of the 37th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held in the year 2022.
