Timken India: APPEAL AGAINST ORDER PASSED BY DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL COMMISSION SHIMLA: UPDATE

This is in furtherance to our earlier intimation dated 26 September 2024. The Company had filed appeal against order passed by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Shimla in the matter of Mr. Ravi Shankar Sood v/s Timken India Limited and CB Management Services Private Limited. Parties have reached settlement and therefore appeal has been disposed off without any costs penalty to the Company.For more details please see attachment.
