IL&FS Investment Managers: Closure of Trading Window

We wish to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of IL&FS Investment Managers Limited is proposed to be held on or before February 14 2026 inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited and limited reviewed financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31 2025In view of the above and pursuant to our earlier communications dated September 26 2025 and the Companys code of conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall continue to remain closed until further notice
