Pursuant to Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 it is being informed that the Company has received the requests from the members of the Promoters group on February 04 2026 w.r.t. their re-classification into Public category. Further the necessary steps will be undertaken by the Company in compliance with the Regulation 31A of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015
