In continuation to our earlier intimations dated 04.03.2022 and 02.03.2024 and pursuant to Reg 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations 2015 we would like to inform you that Mr. Pavanjeet Singh Sandhu has resigned as an Independent Director of Ksheer Sagar Developers Pvt Ltd vide his email dated 17.02.2026.The Company is intimated that the aforesaid resignation letter would be placed at the next Board Meeting of KSDPL.The Company is evaluating the legal and compliance implications of the aforesaid resignation and would keep the exchange updated about the same.
