The details required in terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III - Para A of Part A of the Listing Regulations and SEBI Circular SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated January 30 2026 are given in Annexure - I . The letter of resignation received from Mr. Rajesh Nandkishore Pherwani is enclosed herewith as Annexure - II.
