Schneider Electric President Systems: Closure of Trading Window

Schneider Electric President Systems Ltd has informed BSE that the Trading Window of the Company is closed from October 01, 2014 to till 24 hours after the Unaudited Financial Results are made public. The date of the Board Meeting for approval of the Unaudited Financial Results will be informed in due course.

During this period, none of the Directors / Designated Employees, other persons having access to the Price Sensitive Information and their dependants, shall deal in the securities of the Company as per Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in terms of 12(1) of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 1992.
