With reference to the above subject please note that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of the Board of Directors vide resolution dated 24th June 2019 allotted 50000 Equity Shares under the Thomas Cook Employees Stock Option Plan 2013 and 25400 Equity Shares under the Thomas Cook Employees Stock Option Plan 2007. We herein enclose the details as required under Regulation 10(c) of the SEBI (Share Based Employee Benefits) Regulations 2014 as Annexure I and Annexure II
We shall be shortly making an application for listing and trading of the said shares on the exchange. This is for your information and record.
