(Firm Registration No. 016253N) one of the Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company have tendered their resignation as the Statutory Auditors of the Company w.e.f 11 August 2026.It may also be note that M/s Shah Dhandharia & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 118707W/W100724) continue to be Statutory Auditors of the Company.
