We wish to inform you that a meeting of Board of directors of Sharpline Broadcast Limited is held on today i.e. 05th September 2026 have inter alia approved the re-appointment of M/s. BAS & Co. LLP Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 323347E/E300008) as the Statutory Auditors of the Company subject to the approval of member at Annual General Meeting. The re-appointment has been approved for a term of five (5) consecutive years commencing from the conclusion of the 36th Annual General Meeting and continuing until the conclusion of the 40th Annual General Meeting on such remuneration as may be mutually agreed upon between the Statutory Auditors and the Board of Directors of the Company
