Indian Standard Time ("IST") through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means ("VC/OAVM"). In compliance with the provisions of Regulation 34 (1) (a) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we hereby enclose the Annual Report of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-22.
