1. Designated Mr. Mohib N. Khericha, Director as a Chairman of the Company.
2. Appointment of Mr. Saurin V. Palkhiwala as an Additional Director of the Company.
3. Appointment of Mr. Nilesh C. Mankiwala as an Additional Director of the Company.
