This is with reference to Regulation 33(3)(b)(i) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Uniform Listing Agreement entered into with the stock exchanges by R Systems International Limited (the Company).
We wish to inform you that in addition to submission of quarterly and year-to-date standalone financial results to the Stock Exchanges within forty-five days of end of each quarter (other than the last quarter) as per the requirements stated at Regulation 33(3)(a), we shall also submit unaudited quarterly/year-to-date consolidated financial results.
