Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 as amended read with the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Companys Directors Designated Persons from 01st October 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the unaudited Standalone and Consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September 2026.
