Indong Tea Company Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/11/2025 inter alia to consider and approve We hereby inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Friday 14th Day of November 2025 at 12:30 P.M. inter-alia to consider approve and take on record the Standalone Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the first half year ended on 30th September 2025 along with Limited Review Report thereon at the Registered Office of the Company. Further in pursuant to the Securities Exchange Board of India (PIT) Regulations 2015 the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company is already closed since 1ST October 2025 and will reopen after the consideration of Unaudited Financial Results for the first half year ended 30th September 2025 (Both days inclusive) i.e. completion of 48 hours after the announcement of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company to the Stock Exchange.
