Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 it is hereby informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 13.08.2026 at the Registered Office of the Company has approved the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter ended 30.06.2026.Copy of the Financial Results approved by the Board of Directors in terms of Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 along with the Limited Review Report issued by M/s. P. Murali & Co. Chartered Accountants are enclosed.Further the Board has decided that the Company is now coming out with the concept oriented Layouts at Village Mauje Vikhare Gothane Gram Panchayat Vikhare Gothane Panchayat Samiti Rajapur Zilla Parishad Ratnagiri Taluka Rajapur District Ratnagiri Maharashtra of 3.14 hectors of land on which it is proposed to create Holiday Homes enabling the Purchaser to construct Holiday Homes and leasing out in the market at 50:50 Ratio. Further the Company has already procured the land.
