Voltas Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 23, 2017, inter alia, have recommended Dividend of Rs. 3.50 per share on face value of Re.1 per share (350%) for the year 2016-17 which shall be paid/dispatched on the fifth day from the conclusion of the 63rd Annual General Meeting, subject to approval by the shareholders.
