This has reference to our Letter dated August 27 2026 informing about the meetings of (1) Equity Shareholders; and (2) Unsecured Creditors to be held on Monday September 28 2026 pursuant to the direction given by the Ahmedabad Bench of the Hon"able National Company Law Tribunal vide its order dated June 04 2026 in the matter of the proposed Scheme of Amalgamation of Inkia Inks Private Limited with True Colors Limited and its shareholders and creditors. In this regard we enclose herewith copies of the advertisement of notice of aforesaid meetings published in the following newspapers today i.e. Friday September 28 2026: a) Financial Express in English Language and b) Sandesh in Gujarati Language.
