Dear Sir/Madam In accordance with the SEBI (POIT) Regulations 2015 and Companys Code of conduct to Regulate Monitor and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April 2023 to till expiry of 48 hours from the date of audited financial results for the quarter ended on 31st March 2023 are made public.
