Foseco India Ltd has informed BSE that Mr. David Hughes has left the services of the Vesuvius pic group of Companies.
In view of the same, he has tendered his resignation as a Director of the Company to take effect from December 31, 2014. The letter of intimation from David Hughes was received by the Company on January 20, 2015.
The Board of the Company has taken note of his resignation at its Meeting held on January 28, 2015.
