Siddha Ventures Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 30, 2015, has appointed Ms. Jyoti Mahipal as an Additional Woman Director on the Board w.e.f. March 30, 2015. Further, the board reconstituted the Audit Committee and Shareholders/Investor Grievance Committee and appointed Ms. Jyoti Mahipal as member of Committees.
