Vintage Securities Ltd has informed BSE that after each quarter end, the Company submit the Unaudited Financial Results within 45 days from the end of each quarter.
In this regard, the Company has opted to submit the Audited Financial Results for the financial year ended on March 31, 2013 within 60 days from March 31, 2013.
