NCC Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28 2021 inter alia has
recommerded Dividend of Rs. 0.80/- (40%) per share on the Equity Share of face value of Rs. 2/- each for the Financial Year 2020-21 subjed to the approval of the Mernbers at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
