We wish to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at the meeting held today i.e. 05.O2.2O22 has inter- alia approved and recorded the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for Quarter ended 31.12.2O2L.Accordingly in terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations 2015 a copy of the Unaudited Quarterly Financial Results for the quarter ended 31.12.2021 along with the Limited Review Report dated 05.02.2022.
